Calcined Mica

Dry Ground Mica Powder

Dry ground mica powder is a finely powdered form of natural mica, obtained through a dry grinding process. It is used primarily in cosmetics, paints, coatings, and plastics to add luster, shimmer, and color.

Wet Ground Mica Powder

Decorative Mica Flakes

Wet ground mica powder is a finely ground form of natural mica created through a wet milling process, resulting in smoother and more finely divided particles compared to dry ground mica. It is commonly used in cosmetics, paints, and coatings to provide a smooth, glossy appearance.

Decorative mica flakes are thin, flat, and often colorful pieces of natural or processed mica. These flakes are used primarily for aesthetic purposes, such as in crafts, artwork, and interior decoration. They can add a sparkling and eye-catching effect to various surfaces and creative projects.

Mica Flakes:

We offer wide range standard sizes of mica flakes

1. Sizes of 5/8 Inches, ½ Inches, 3/8 Inches, ¼ Inches, 6 Mesh, 12 Mesh, 18 Mesh.

2. Appearance in Colour: (i) Amber Brown and (ii) White

3. Packing Quantity: 5 Kgs, 20 Kgs, 40 Kgs, and 50 Kgs.

4. Bag Type: HDPE ISI Approved.

Calcined Mica Flakes:

We offer wide range standard sizes of calcined mica flakes

1. Sizes of 5/8 Inches, ½ Inches, 3/8 Inches, ¼ Inches, 6 Mesh, 12 Mesh, 18 Mesh.

2. Appearance in Colour: (i) Gold and (ii) Silver White

3. Packing Quantity: 5 Kgs, 20 Kgs.

4. Bag Type: HDPE ISI Approved.

Dry Ground Mica Powder:

We offer coarse, moderate fine, fine and very fine mica powder

1. Sizes of about 20 Mesh to 400 Mesh.

2. Appearance in Colour: (i) Amber Brown and (ii) White

3. Packing Quantity: 5 Kgs, 20 Kgs, 40 Kgs, and 50 Kgs.

4. Bag Type: HDPE ISI Approved.

Note: Also we will blend the different sizes of mica needed in percentage, according to bulk density, average particle size, etc., parameters needed or specified by the customer.

Mica Scrap:

We offer two categories (i) Crude Mica Scrap & (ii) Cleaned Mica Scrap

1. Sizes of about -2mm, +2mm to +25mm.

2. Appearance in Colour: (i) Brown (ii) Green & (iii) White Mixed.

3. Packing Quantity: 5 Kgs, 20 Kgs, 40 Kgs, and 50 Kgs.

4. Bag Type: HDPE ISI Approved.

Wet Ground Mica Powder:

We offer two sizes of very fine wet ground mica powder without foreign particles and iron content with high aspect ratio.

1. Sizes of about 160 Mesh to 200 Mesh, 200 Mesh to 325 Mesh and upto 400 Mesh.

2. Appearance in Colour: Pure White

3. Packing Quantity: 5 Kgs, 20 Kgs, 40 Kgs, and 50 Kgs.

4. Bag Type: HDPE ISI Approved.
